The Human Resources Diploma is designed to meet the needs of the local labor market for this specialization. Training for this specialization is conducted over five segmented half-semester training periods (in a blended learning format). Each segment represents training weeks, with a total not exceeding 79 credit hours and 1,696 contact training hours, in addition to 490 hours of practical training in the labor market, equivalent to 1,322 hours of regular training and 864 hours of remote training. The program provides training in specialized skills such as job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, human resource development and compensation, and civil service management, using English terminology in human resource management. Training also includes computer applications in human resource management, with a focus on general programs in Islamic culture, Arabic language, English language, computer applications, professional quality and excellence, and workplace behavior. Graduates of this program are awarded an associate degree in Human Resource Management from the Department of Administrative Technology. They are expected to work in fields such as recruitment coordinator, human resources specialist, customer relations supervisor, personnel affairs specialist, training specialist, employee classification specialist, payroll supervisor, and assistant human resources manager.
